12 Theoretical as well as Practical knowledge regarding microbial testing including but not limited to: Total Viable count, Yeast and Mould count, E. coli, coliform bacteria. S. aureus, Salmonella, P. aeruginosa. (Quantitative as well as Qualitative interpretation)
13 Reference to various national and international standards and methods like IS/ISO/BAM, etc.
14 Hurdle Technology in Food Processing.
